The Black Girls Mental Health Foundation advances health equity by expanding access to high-quality perinatal mental health care for BIPOC children, youth, and birthing people. We do this by sponsoring mental health services for families who cannot afford care, educating and training providers, and developing the behavioral health workforce through student training programs. We also strengthen community-based organizations through capacity-building and systems-level support.
