The Maternal Health Network is guided by a strategic plan which includes five overarching goals and 14 strategies to collectively improve the maternal health system for families in San Bernardino County.
Our Framework
The Maternal Health Network was established using a collective impact framework to bring together various partners who work collectively to achieve a shared vision.
Our Priorities
The Maternal Health Network conducted an asset and gaps analysis to identify what is working well and what needs to be improved upon in the maternal health system in San Bernardino County. Through this process, the Network identified five priority areas for the Network to focus on over the next five years.
Our Collaborative Plan
Based on the information found through the asset and gaps analysis, the Maternal Health Network established a Strategic Plan in 2020 to guide the Network’s efforts for the next five years.
