The Maternal Health Network was established using a collective impact framework to bring together various partners who work collectively to achieve a shared vision.
The Maternal Health Network conducted an asset and gaps analysis to identify what is working well and what needs to be improved upon in the maternal health system in San Bernardino County.
This information was used to identify the priorities for the MHN.
