A multidisciplinary gathering focused on uniting perinatal providers for networking and collaboration to enhance support for birthing families in San Bernardino County.




The Summit will offer participants:
An overview of the Maternal Health Network (MHN) as a Collective Impact Model, as well as updates on current strategic plan programming progress and implementation efforts
Networking opportunities and updates from local MHN member organizations serving the perinatal population.
Cross-sector strategies that enhance housing access, lactation support, and equitable care coordination for expectant and postpartum individuals.
Reflective practice skills to recognize implicit bias and adapt professional approaches for more responsive, patient-centered, and culturally informed service delivery.
Insights from local data, case examples, and community-driven models to strengthen advocacy, education, and workforce development across the maternal health network.
3 Continuing Education (CE) Credits will be awarded.*
*There is no known commercial support for this program. Maternal Mental Health NOW is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Maternal Mental Health NOW maintains responsibility for this program and its content. The MHN is sponsored by MMHN to offer 3 continuing education (CE) credits for mental health professionals. The MHN is also sponsored by the Inland Empire Breastfeeding Coalition (IEBfC) to offer 3 Continuing Education Recognition Points (CERPs) and Continuing Education (CE) units for nurses.
