Join us for the FIRST Maternal Health Network (MHN) Town Hall, where we’ll share key updates and engage in a meaningful discussion on maternal health policy currently shaping our community. 
Topics will include lactation, justice-impacted birthing people, paid family leave, maternal mortality, maternal mental health, and more!

Experts and policymakers will present a comprehensive policy brief, highlighting current and emerging legislation impacting San Bernardino County’s birthing community.
By the end of the MHN Town Hall, participants will be able to:
  • Name at least five relevant policies that impact the maternal health system in San Bernardino County. 
​
  • Implement two new ways to remain informed about local policy and legislation movements.
Continuing Education
  • The MHN is sponsored by MMHN to offer 1 continuing education (CE) credit for mental health professionals. 
  • The MHN is sponsored by the Inland Empire Breastfeeding Coalition (IEBfC) to offer 3 Continuing Education Recognition Points (CERPs) and Continuing Education (CE) units for nurses.
