New Mom School is a research-based, mom-first education and community experience designed to support women through the fourth trimester and beyond. New Mom School was created to set a new standard of care for mothers by blending science-backed education with meaningful in-person connection.

Our studio offers small-group, expert-led classes organized by babies’ birth dates to ensure highly personalized support during each developmental stage. Programs include 8-week class series for Newborn (0–3 months), Infant (3–6 months), Rising Toddler (6–12 months), and Second-Time Moms, as well as breastfeeding support groups and special community events.
