Bridge Prenatal
Bridge Prenatal offers a comprehensive, culturally sensitive approach to care during pregnancy and up to one year after delivery, addressing both medical and psychosocial needs of eligible Medi-Cal members. Free services include: prenatal and postpartum education, mental health assessment, blood pressure checks, lactation and doula support, registered nurse evaluations, and referrals to community-based resources and social support services. Supplemental prenatal and postpartum care services can be conveniently scheduled via in-person or telehealth options.
