The Maternal Health Network has developed a consumer presentation toolkit, compiled resources specific to accessing your support system before and after delivery, and created video vignettes that can be used by members of the Maternal Health Network when talking with families.
 

Consumer Presentations

Subject matter experts provided the Maternal Health Network with what they see as the three most important things families need to know about accessing your support system. Using this information, the Maternal Health Network has established a consumer presentation toolkit for providers, which includes a flyer, PowerPoint presentation with facilitator notes, an Agenda, and a training video that is intended to provide a mechanism for consistent messaging across providers for accessing your support system. All materials are available for download and have space for you to add your organization’s logo on the materials should you desire.
