Communications & Social Media Collateral

The Maternal Health Network has developed a Communications toolkit, meant to offer best practices and resources that MHN members can use to share relevant information with families in a variety of ways to include email communications, printed material distribution, social media coverage and website content.  Additionally, a library of social media collateral has been created.  All social media collateral was developed for MHN to post on its own social media channels, but also to support distribution by MHN members.

The MHN has created a variety of social media materials that correspond with our community education messaging, messaging specifically to reach Black and African American families, and other general maternal and infant health related posts. All posts are free to download. Please click on the posts below to help reach families you serve!

Black Maternal Health Equity Campaign Social Media Toolkit

The Perinatal Equity Initiatives (PEI) of Riverside and San Bernardino counties have partnered to launch a maternal health equity campaign to increase awareness of the growing number of maternal and infant mortality in the Black community.

The campaign’s theme is Rallying Around Sisters: Redefining and Strengthening the Village, intentionally chosen to highlight the importance of community in combating the alarming statistics related to Black maternal and infant mortality.
