About Us

The Maternal Health Network was established in 2018 to support families who are planning to get pregnant, who are pregnant, or who have recently delivered a child in San Bernardino County.

First 5 San Bernardino invested in the establishment of an independent initiative that would bring together various stakeholders in the maternal health system to support children and families in San Bernardino County.

Our Members

The Maternal Health Network is lead by a Leadership Team, and is comprised of individuals from over 100 organizations in San Bernardino County. All of these members come together to collectively work to strengthen the maternal health system for families in San Bernardino County.

Our Priorities

The Maternal Health Network was established using a collective impact framework to bring together various stakeholders who work collectively to achieve a shared vision. The Network conducted and asset and gaps analysis to identify what is working well and what needs to be improved upon in the maternal health system in San Bernardino County, and subsequently established a Strategic Plan to guide these efforts for the next five years.
